Valentines Marshmallow Pops Melt Kraft caramels and drizzle on marshmallows. Dip into melted chocolate. Put into fridge to set. Melt chocolate melting chips, and drizzle over marshmallows. Put sprinkles on before chocolate dries. Let set in fridge.
