Chocolate Peppermint Crunch Cookies

1 1/2 sticks butter
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups flour
5 oz (1/2 bag) Andes Peppermint Crunch Baking Chips


Cream butter and sugars, and then add eggs and vanilla.Bake at 350* for 10 minutes
